DOSSIERVEILLANCE is an independent research, consulting, and policy-focused initiative founded in 2019 by Cristina Plamadeala, PhD. Operating at the intersection of history, governance, and technology, DOSSIERVEILLANCEdelivers expertise on surveillance practices across communist regimes, authoritarian systems, and democratic institutions. The work conducted through DOSSIERVEILLANCE is grounded in original scholarship that connects Romanian and Eastern European studies with global debates on contemporary surveillance societies.
